Find pictures
It is possible to find over 20,000 pictures of items for sale now, on this website. When viewing items click on the thumbnails to enlarge them. This will also show a fuller description of the item. One click on the picture will reduce its size again.
Further enlargement is possible by clicking in the lower right corner of some images. The left and right arrows on your keyboard will go to previous and next images.
You can drag the enlarged picture around the screen, and enlarge others to compare them side-by-side.
Searching
Look for subjects or items using the 'Search by Keyword' box (use a space before or after a word/phrase to limit results). If you know what you are looking for, the easiest way to find details and availability is to simply type a name or subject (word or phrase) into the text box labelled Search by Keyword. This will present you with a list of items found that match your words.
Entering a word or words into the search box will find any items which contain those words in their description. It is worth bearing in mind that our description, whilst carefully written, may not always match the exact word(s) you are searching for... e.g. a search for mail will find airmail and mailbox, unless a space is inserted before and after the search term.
Browsing
The left-side blue links open up when clicked, to show some groupings by country and by type. There are a number of ways to find items, and some exploration will help! Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy in price and description, errors can and sometimes will occur.
